Rachel is a commercially focused, results-driven HR professional with 20+ years of experience across diverse industries, including manufacturing, food production, hospitality and healthcare. Rachel's career has spanned strategic and operational HR roles, where she has led business-wide people initiatives, developed HR functions, and delivered change management programmes.
Following her graduation in 2007, Rachel's career started with Bakkavor, one of the largest suppliers of fresh and prepared foods to major UK retailers, where she spent over a decade supporting various business units, developing her skillset and progressing into senior management positions.
Before launching her own consultancy and coaching business in 2024, Rachel spent a number of years managing Group HR for a reputable fresh and prepared food supplier, supporting the business and Executive team to navigate growth, change, rising employment costs and improve employee engagement.
Rachel has a passion for Coaching and the benefits that individuals, teams and businesses can achieve through its effective use. She is excited to share her knowledge and experience with CMBD clients!
