Overview
Alice Davidchack is an experienced finance director and a certified coach. She works with business owners throughout the UK, helping them develop sustainable and robust business models and strategies that work for the business owners.
Expertise
Having spent many years in the world of business and finance, Alice embraced her interest in people by studying to become a therapist, and subsequently a coach. In the words of Sir Ken Robinson, Alice’s passion is to help people ‘create conditions under which businesses and people can flourish’. She believes it is an organic and intertwined process, with financial results often being a consequence of human behaviour.
Alice created three successful businesses, which are all – in one way or another – work to create an environment for people and their business to evolve past ‘how we’ve always done things’ and begin to create autonomous change, to achieve what is meaningful to them.
Experience
Having completed her degrees and certification in the United States, Alice held a variety of finance roles, quickly moving up to a directorship position. Managing a team of 65, she began to be interested in inter-personal dynamics, which led to her pursuing studies in the field of psychology and organisational dynamics.
In 2007, Alice was invited to apply for a position leading a change management programme within a Local Authority – this began a 7-year path to master business strategy, business modelling, managing diverse stakeholders in the process of planning and executing complex organisational change.
In 2014, Alice decided it was time to change her path. She stepped out of the corporate environment and set up her own accountancy and advisory business from scratch. Through this time, and quite unexpectedly, a training arm has developed, with hundreds of hours of finance and management training delivered for MBL Seminars, East Midlands Chamber, D2N2, Caprice Holdings Limited, British Horse Society, among others.
Today Alice spends most of her time working with individuals and groups, on topics which span business development, finance and personal development.
