Programme Management

What we do

CMBD was originally formed in 2003 to manage an ERDF funded programme on behalf of The University of Nottingham. That programme delivered over 2500 delegate training days, covering 40 different business and management workshops to over 330 SME businesses throughout the East Midlands. We have been delivering on client programmes ever since.

The programme management service can deliver all or part of the following services.

Programme administration and management

A turn key service that ensures projects are delivered on time, to budget, with outputs met and contractual obligations complete. CMBD Programme Managers lead from the front.

Marketing

Our marketing department are experienced in programme promotion. They will deliver a marketing strategy that includes traditional and electronic media events and develop marketing campaigns that will promote, inform and engage participants to your programme.

Engagement and assessment

CMBD business consultants understand the SME business community. They are familiar with their problems, aspirations and opportunities. We have been helping businesses identify actions to meet their specific needs since 2003.

Training

We currently run over 50 different management training and personal development courses and have access to high quality trainers to deliver many more subjects if needed. We are a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) approved training centre and deliver a range of internationally recognised RQF qualifications. These range from Level 2 Team Leader to Level 7 Strategic Management & Leadership at Masters Degree Level.

Coaching

Our coaches have delivered business coaching on every East Midlands and National coaching support programme since 2005. Most are qualified to level 7 and are not only very experienced coaches, but have run substantial businesses themselves.

Consultancy

Many businesses and organisations have skills and knowledge gaps when they grow. CMBD consultants offer short term expert support to support areas such as Strategy & Planning, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Improving Productivity and HR.
