Improving self-confidence and belief
This workshop will help your performance at work, improve relationships, boost wellbeing and help people to find the courage to embrace new experiences. The course is designed for individuals of all backgrounds and at all levels. It will help you to participate in a supportive environment allowing the development of self-knowledge and belief.
Course Overview
Today more than ever, resilience is needed in the workplace. Employees are experiencing on-going change at an ever-increasing rate. They are asked to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and do more with less. Not only that, but they are dealing with uncertainty and the on-going threat of uncertainty. Highly resilient workers can cope well with high levels of on-going, disruptive change. They can change to a new way of working when the old way is no longer possible, and they sustain good health and energy when under constant pressure.
Everyone needs resilience, because one thing is certain, life includes adversities. We work and live in a volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous world with growing demands placed on us day by day. This means that we have to learn to persevere, to adapt and to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Your level of resilience will determine your performance, physical heath, mental health and the quality of your relationships. It is the basic ingredient to happiness and success. Research has shown that the cost of not strengthening the resilience factor of your people includes: reduced ability to work effectively increased absenteeism, reduced productivity, increased staff turnover and ‘presenteeism’ when they are at work in body only.
This workshop will help your organisation to maximize performance at work, improve relationships, boost wellbeing and help people to find the courage to embrace new experiences.
The workshop is normally delivered in-house and can be designed on a bespoke basis if required.
